Description
Cretan Olive Wood Knife
Handmade Cretan knife with Olive Wood handle and stainless steel blade mov6 – c60 (inox). The knife has a very durable, beige, plastic protective case, which is included in its price. Its handle is decorated with the image of Crete, the Minoan dolphins, as they are depicted in the famous frescoes of the Minoan palace of Knossos, and the Kri – Kri, which is the endemic ibex of the island of Crete. Its blade is straight, while its edge ends, after a bend, in a slight upward slope, an idiom of the traditional Cretan knife-making technique, which gives knives increased piercing ability. It also has an engraved Cretan mantinada, as it is offered as a gift to appreciative persons. These knives are not decorative items, but everyday use knives either in your kitchen, as they are suitable for food, or outside for other necessary tasks.
