Coming from selected flocks of bees, which move nomadically in isolated areas of Asterousia. This honeycomb is of limited harvest, collected with respect for nature and tradition. In Crete, over 1800 species of herbs thrive. Of these, 180 are endemic, found nowhere else in the world, and more than 300 with medicinal properties, offering the bees rich and versatile food.
